Aisenscript is a screenwriting app. You write, and what you write is yours. This page explains, in plain terms, what we hold, why, and how to get rid of it. It covers both this site and the app at app.aisenscript.com.

Nothing else. No location, no device fingerprinting, no advertising profile, no analytics.
To run the service you asked for: keep your account, sync your scripts across your devices, and let Aisen read a scene when you ask. The legal basis is the performance of that agreement (GDPR art. 6.1.b), and your consent for the waitlist email.
When you press Complete and ask Aisen to read a scene, the text of that scene is sent to Anthropic's API so the model can answer. Anthropic processes it on our behalf and, under its commercial terms, does not use it to train its models. Nothing is sent unless you ask for it: writing alone never leaves your account.
Transfers outside the EU rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by each provider.
Aisenscript sets no cookies — not ours, not third-party, not for advertising or analytics. That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
The app does use your browser's local storage for two strictly necessary things: keeping you signed in, and holding your scripts on the device so you can write without a connection. Both are exempt from consent because without them the app cannot work. Clearing your browser data erases them; if you have an account, your scripts come back when you sign in again.
Your account and scripts, for as long as you keep the account. Delete it and they go with it. Waitlist emails, until the beta opens to you or you ask us to remove yours.
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, take it elsewhere, object to a use, or withdraw consent.
Deleting your account needs no email and no permission: open Profile in the app and choose Delete my account. Your account and every script in it are removed from our servers immediately. You can also download a backup of your work from that same screen before you go.
For anything else, write to hola@aisenscript.com. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
Aisenscript is not aimed at children under 14. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.
