Plain rules for using Aisenscript. By creating an account you accept them.
Everything you write in Aisenscript belongs to you. We claim no rights over your scripts, we do not publish them, we do not sell them, and we do not use them to train any model. You can export your work as a screenplay file or a backup at any time, and delete your account whenever you want.
Aisen reads what you write and answers with feedback and a challenge. It never writes the screenplay for you — that is the whole point of this tool. Its answers are opinions, generated by a language model, and can be wrong. The judgement is always yours.
One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 14 years old.
Aisenscript is for writing screen narrative. Don't use it to generate illegal material, to harass anyone, or to hammer the service automatically. There is a daily limit on how many scenes Aisen reads per account; if you hit it, it resets the next day.
The app is in beta and free at this stage. That means it can change, break, or go down for a while. We take backups seriously, but you should keep your own copy of anything you would hate to lose — the Profile screen has a one-click backup.
Aisenscript is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost work, lost profits, or indirect damages. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
